Mr. Austin is the Director of Operations at Senator Investment Group LP, an investment advisor. He is responsible for managing the day-to-day back office operation as well as the development of the firm's various technology initiatives. Before joining Senator in March 2010, Mr. Austin was an Operations Manager at Apollo Global Management, LLC. At Apollo, Mr. Austin was responsible for verifying and reconciling the daily portfolio valuation for all products and strategies. Mr. Austin also helped implement systems and processes to automate various parts of the firm's operations. Before joining Apollo, Mr. Austin was an Accountant and Bank Loan Manager at King Street Capital Management, LLC, primarily focused on the firm’s bank loan portfolio. He started his career working for the Soros Foundation, a global foundation that aims to shape public policy. Mr. Austin received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Pace University.

Ms. Estrella is a Partner at Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Office based in New York. She provides assurance and advisory services to the financial services industry. Ms. Estrella has worked on multi-strategy hedge funds with significant exposure to fixed-income securities, structured products, and private equity investments. Her client base also includes business development companies and private equity funds. Ms. Estrella’s responsibilities include discussing complex accounting matters with her clients, managing her teams as well as overseeing the overall audit process. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Rob Fratto serves as lead Employment Counsel for Havas North America, a multinational advertising and public relations company. Rob has previously worked as General Counsel for various New York City businesses, along with several preceding years working in the litigation department for an AmLaw Top 10 law firm.

Rob earned his J.D. from The University of Tulsa College of Law where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Tulsa Journal of Comparative & International Law. He holds a B.A. in International Studies from Texas A&M University and is an ICF certified coach, receiving a certification in Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance from American University.

Mr. Harold is the Chief of Staff for the School Nursing Unit in NYC's Office of School Health. Prior to that he served as Senior Director of Program Assessment in the New York City Department of Education's Division of Early Childhood Education. In this capacity, he oversaw a team that measured the quality of early childhood programs across New York City. In addition, he is an adjunct instructor at Bank Street Graduate School of Education.

Before working with the Department of Education, Mr. Harold worked in a variety of capacities within different charter schools in New York and Washington, DC. These roles included teacher, instructional coach, principal, and operations manager at a charter network. Mr. Harold received his MA in Early Childhood Special Education from George Washington University and a bachelor’s degree in American Literature and Culture with a minor in Education Studies from UCLA.

Mr. Hatfield is currently President of Infrastructure Capital Management and Portfolio Manager of the Infrastructure Macro Income Fund. The Infrastructure Macro Income Fund focuses on investing in public and private companies in infrastructure-related companies in the energy, real estate, and industrial sectors. The Infrastructure Macro Income fund has had a 75% compounded rate of return since inception. In addition, Mr. Hatfield is a founding partner of Silverthorne Energy Partners, a sizeable private propane-related master limited partnership. Before founding Infrastructure Capital, Mr. Hatfield was a portfolio manager with SAC Capital Advisors, a $15 billion multi-strategy hedge fund based in Connecticut. At SAC, Mr. Hatfield managed a $500MM infrastructure fund focused on investing in credit instruments and infrastructure-related equities. Before joining SAC, Mr. Hatfield was a Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income Research at Zimmer Lucas Partners, an energy and utility-focused hedge fund with over $1.5 billion under management. At Zimmer Lucas, Mr. Hatfield was responsible for directing research for credit funds with over $600MM of assets and covering infrastructure-related equities, primarily in the energy and utility sectors.

Ms. Klein is the Director of Service-Learning at Riverdale Country School in The Bronx, where she has been since 2011. As Director of Service Learning, Ms. Klein is responsible for creating, maintaining, and strengthening partnerships with local, national, and global partners. She coordinates Riverdale’s Upper School Health Program, serves as a 9th-grade Advisor, and facilitates girls’ leadership groups. Before joining the Administrative Team at Riverdale, Ms. Klein taught at the Spence School and the Trinity School in Manhattan. She graduated magna cum laude from Tufts University and completed her Master’s degree in Public Health from Columbia University in 2006. Ms. Klein has served on the NYC Steering Committee for Best Buddies, a non-profit international organization whose mission of social inclusion for adults with disabilities is near and dear to her heart.

Jenée-Daria Strand is the Assistant Curator at Public Art Fund where, since 2022, she has supported contemporary artists in realizing new commissions for public parks and sites of transportation across New York City. Formerly, she was a Curatorial Associate at the Brooklyn Museum. She has curated independent projects for corporate entities, art galleries, and art fairs, and has contributed written work to numerous museum publications. Jenée holds an MA in Museum Studies from NYU and a BFA in Dance/Performance Studies from Florida State University.

Ms. Northrop is a seasoned fundraising professional with more than 16 years of experience in nonprofit management, strategic planning, and investor relations. Through her business, Heather Northrop Consulting LLC, she manages fundraising, board development, and leadership advisory projects for nonprofit organizations and their leaders. Previously, Heather was Vice President of Development at the Child Mind Institute and Vice President at CCS Fundraising. Earlier in her career, Heather was Vice President of Client Relations at Chilton Investment Company. Heather graduated cum laude from Bucknell University.

Jennifer Peña-DeTata is a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young’s Financial Services Office based out of New York. She provides assurance services to the financial services industry, primarily focusing on multi-strategy hedge funds and private equity funds. Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in New York and New Jersey. She received a B.B.A. in Accounting from Baruch College and an M.S. in Accounting from Brooklyn College.
